Story
Kingdom Hearts II has a unique storyline which may be confusing if you, like me, know nothing about what happens in the original. Needless to say, it's very interesting, and I'm sure if you like dramatic storylines, this one should be good. The Kingdom Hearts series has a mix of Final Fantasy and Disney, as it's created by the creators of both these things. In the games you travel to various Disney-themed areas with many familiar characters such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, and all sorts of classic characters.
Gameplay
Being a mix of an RPG and action game, you travel various Disney-themed areas an encounter enemies known as Heartless. Fighting is as simple as slashing at the opponent and dodging attacks, some require more skill than others to defeat. As the game progresses, you and your team will gain new levels, and in doing so can become stronger and gain more health, much like an RPG.
Most of the game mechanics are easy to learn, so you should be able to get the hang of it pretty quickly.
Graphics
Graphics here are much like your typical PS2 game, nothing impressive aside from the opening and ending, but it's not horrid or anything.
Music
Music here spans from all the Disney realms featured, and some music made for the Kingdom Hearts series entirely. There's some wonderful tracks here, one in particular I like is The Little Mermaid's "Under The Sea" performed by Ariel and the main characters.
Voice Actors
To my understanding, a majority of the Disney characters are voiced by their original voice actors of the movies, but I could be wrong. If they aren't, then the replacements are very accurate.
Sequel?
There's big hints of a new game, but I'm not entirely sure what connection it has with this one. Whatever it is, it's gonna have to go a long way to be greater than this one.
Overall
Overall, even if I'm not a long-time fan, I enjoyed Kingdom Hearts II, and so should you.
